Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 4:30pm

Q: What does GBG stand for?
A: Good question! A lot of people have asked this question over the years.   
When Guy Proie founded the company he named it after his three children: 
Glenn, Bonnie, and Gary. 

Q: Does GBG sell directly to homeowners?
A: No. GBG is a wholesale distributor.  We sell to licensed HVAC 
contractors only.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: GBG offers a line of credit to qualified customers.  Contact a 
GBG representative to set up a credit account with us.  We also accept 
cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Q: Who can purchase Amana equipment?
A: Amana equipment can only be purchased by authorized Amana dealers.  
Any licensed HVAC contractor with an account at GBG can purchase 
replacement Amana parts.   For information about becoming an authorized 
Amana dealer, please contact your GBG market manager.

Q: Can GBG supply custom duct?
A: Yes.  GBG can design and build pieces for any project.  Give us a call, then 
fax your drawings to us and we will fabricate the piece to specifications, 
usually within two days.

Q: Does GBG provide technical support?
A: Yes. GBG has a highly trained and experienced technical support 
representative on staff to help you with any technical problems you might
